The
assessment
Nothing gets written until I understand what you are training for, where you actually are, and what your week can hold. This is that conversation, in a form, so neither of us has to find an hour in a diary for it.
Answer what you can. The parts you do not know are useful information too.
Thanks. I read these myself and I will come back to you within a couple of days with a straight answer, including if the answer is that you do not need coaching yet.
Your answers are saved on this device as you go, so an interruption does not cost you the lot. Nothing is sent until you press the button, and the injury and medical answers are never saved, because this is not the place to be casual about that.
Would rather just email? inquiry@trainersight.com. Tell me the same things and it works exactly the same.
No call to book,
no pitch to sit through
I coach alongside a full-time job, which is exactly why this is a form rather than a diary invite. It means your enquiry gets read properly instead of squeezed into a slot, and you get an answer without having to be free at four on a Tuesday.
I read it
Personally, all of it. Nobody else sees it, and it does not go on a list.
I reply properly
Within a couple of days, with which tier fits and why, or that you do not need coaching yet.
Agreement and screening
If we go ahead, the coaching agreement and the full health screening come to you in writing.
Then, and only then
Nothing is charged until you have agreed a plan, a tier and a start date in writing.
